Ingredients:
• 1 pack of Bola Dunia agar-agar
• 2 kg cassava (finely grated)
• 500 g sugar
• 500 ml water
• Grated coconut, to taste
• Food coloring, as desired
Instructions:
- Mix grated coconut with a pinch of salt and steam it.
- Combine agar-agar, sugar, and water. Cook until it reaches a boil.
- Pour the agar-agar mixture into the grated cassava and mix well.
- Divide the cassava mixture into 3 portions and add different food colorings as desired.
- Steam each colored cassava mixture separately.
- Once cooked, let them cool completely. Cut into cube shapes and coat with steamed grated coconut.
