Ingredients:
• 2 packs of Bola Dunia agar-agar
• 750 g sugar
• 1 L water
• Food coloring, as desired
Instructions:
- In a pot, mix the agar-agar powder, sugar, and water. Stir well.
- Bring the mixture to a boil, then remove from heat.
- Pour the mixture into several small molds or containers and add food coloring as desired.
- Let it cool and set completely.
- Once set, cut into preferred shapes.
- Sun-dry the agar pieces until completely dry and a white sugar crystal layer forms (3–5 days). During the drying process, cover the trays with a thin cloth to keep insects away. Once dried, the candies can be packaged or enjoyed immediately.
